Tariff Refund Opportunities:As you may be aware, recent developments regarding federal tariffs have created both uncertainty and opportunity for many businesses. We want to acknowledge the potential impact this may have had on you and share a brief update on what we’re seeing. Certain businesses that paid tariffs between February 2025 and February 2026 may be eligible for refunds following recent federal rulings.
North Carolina IRC Conformity: North Carolina has not yet updated its IRC conformity following the OBBBA. We are awaiting an announcement from the General Assembly. On June 2, the House and Senate plan to vote on Senate Bill 595, which addresses conformity, among other things.
