DMJPS PLLC is pleased to announce two leadership appointments: Sara Maddox, Senior Manager, has been named Director of Valuation Services, and Jen Billstrom, CPA and Fractional CFO, will serve as Director of Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS). These appointments reflect DMJPS’ commitment to expanding its expertise and enhancing service offerings in business valuations and (CAAS).

Save the Date: Professional Ethics & North Carolina Laws and Rules +

Year-End Tax Planning Presentation

Join us for a morning of learning, connection, and practical takeaways to help close out the year strong! This session will provide valuable insight into the ethical framework guiding today’s CPAs. It will explore the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, relevant regulatory standards, and the North Carolina Rules of Professional Ethics, helping CPAs strengthen their integrity and uphold best practices in their daily work.
