Real Estate Strategy for Healthcare Practices

Agenda:  This session covers how the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) is impacting real estate tax strategies for healthcare owners, along with key trends in the healthcare real estate market. Attendees will gain insight into leasing vs. ownership decisions and how location and space planning influence growth and profitability.

It will also highlight strategies to improve cash flow in today’s changing tax environment, including bonus depreciation, phasing energy incentives, and rising property taxes. The session will explore how cost segregation, energy incentives, and property tax appeals can work together to drive savings.
